Server declaration: A dated first-party change to connection, edition, version support, access, resets, monetization, or another manifest field.
Rules: An effective revision with a date and a visible description of what changed.
Site: A material correction, retired route, privacy change, source-label change, or behavior that affects how a player uses the property.
Not an entry: Stylistic churn, rumor, scheduled filler, or a value that cannot be traced to evidence.
